Richborough control land to the north of Grove, which could provide a sustainable ‘Grove Gateway’, featuring environmentally friendly new homes and affordable homes, areas of employment for local businesses, a two form-entry primary school, and the opportunity to reopen Grove Railway Station.

Richborough have submitted the land to the ‘Joint Local Plan 2041’ which Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council are working on together. Richborough will keep this website updated as the Joint Local Plan 2041 progresses.
