Joint Local Plan 2041

In conjunction with South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse District Council are making preparations for a new Joint Local Plan. The Local Plan will identify and plan where new homes, jobs and other development and associated infrastructure will take place up to 2041. This will replace the currently adopted Vale of White Horse Local Plan.

Grove Gateway offers an opportunity to contribute sustainable new homes and key infrastructure links to the new Local Plan.

The next stage in the Local Plan will be a ‘Preferred Options’ consultation to be published in Autumn 2023.

Richborough will continue to promote Grove Gateway to be included in the new Joint Local Plan 2041.

We believe that the proposals would contribute positively to the wider community in Grove whilst providing much needed housing in Vale of White Horse District.
